This summer why not try a refreshing Mojito au Verjus made with locally produced Verjus (grape juice) produced by Domaine du Siorac?

  • 20 cl Verjus
  • 18 cl white rhum
  • 25 mint leaves
  • 6 cl cane sugar
  • ice cubes
  • 1 litre of fizzy water

Mash the mint leaves then add the sugar

In a jug, mix the rhum, Verjus, fizzy water with the mint/sugar mix

Serve chilled, poured into four large glasses filled with ice cubes
